Welcome to A Maruti Travels Tours & Travels (A Maruti). By booking a tour package, pilgrimage, attraction pass, or custom itinerary with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the advance booking deposit. Full final payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to international departures or 7 days prior to domestic pilgrimage circuits.

2. Passports, Visas & Entry Regulations

Travelers are responsible for maintaining a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the scheduled date of departure. A Maruti Travels assists with visa documentation; however, issuance of visas remains solely at the discretion of respective immigration embassies.

3. Temple Regulations & Sacred Yatras

Darshan timings at holy shrines (e.g. Kashi Vishwanath, Tirupati Balaji, Puri Jagannath) are governed by temple trusts and administrative authorities. While our coordinators facilitate special entry assistance, temple trust protocol takes precedence.

4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

We shall not be liable for itinerary alterations, delays, or cancellations caused by acts of God, weather conditions, flight reschedules, strikes, or border closures.
